02Supported devices

Cegat Tabrak supports iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later. The Android closed-testing candidate requires Android 8.0 or later and an ARM64 processor. The game is not built specifically for iPad, Mac or Apple Vision Pro.

The game uses portrait orientation. Core gameplay works offline after its assets are installed. Internet access is needed for the initial Google Play download and for skin prices, purchases and restoration on iPhone. In-app purchases are disabled in this Android version.

03How to play

You keep the post at a neighbourhood gate. Vehicles arrive, and your job is to decide who gets through.

• Use TAGIH FILE for ordinary male drivers. BOCKAPE stands for Berkas Otorisasi Cek Kendaraan Akses Portal Elektronik: fictional files within the game.
• Let female drivers pass directly. Rare VIP supercar visitors also pass without a file request and can leave a tip. Follow the tutorial's clues.
• Pick the right file on the visitor's phone screen, send it, and wait for the transfer to finish before you open the barrier. Fake or corrupted files earn nothing.
• When thief evidence is confirmed, access is always denied. Tap TOLAK AKSES.
• Spend earned game currency on phones, HDD, cloud, the booth, business and gate in POS > UPGRADE. Cloud items are fictional game equipment, not real storage services.

The Pak RT tutorial at the start of the game walks through these steps tap by tap. You can replay it from the menu at any time.

04Common questions

My progress is gone.

Guest saves stay on the device and are lost if the app is deleted. On iPhone, open Game Account and sign in with the same account to see your cloud saves. Check days, levels and money before choosing one. Restore paid skins separately through Restore Purchases with the same Apple account.

How do I delete my account?

Open Game Account > Delete Account, confirm twice, then sign in again with the same account. If it is interrupted, reconnect and choose Continue Deletion. Signing out alone does not delete server data.

The garden will not open or save.

The online garden needs an account and internet access. Finish choosing a save first if asked. If a request is unconfirmed, use the retry button. Do not create a new account to work around a lost connection.

There is no sound.

Check your device's media volume and, on iPhone, silent mode. Open the in-game settings menu: music and sound effects have separate controls and either can be muted on its own.

The game freezes or closes by itself.

Close the app fully and reopen it. If it keeps happening, email your device model, iOS or Android version and what you were doing at the time. Clearing app data removes the local save.

How do I buy a skin?

On iPhone, open Koleksi, select a skin with the arrows and use Try on to preview it. When available, the purchase button shows Apple's price in your storefront currency. Confirm payment in Apple's checkout. Products that are not available cannot be purchased. This Android version offers previews of paid skins, not purchases.

The seven paid skins are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each gives 3% more fictional file-sale income while equipped and does not unlock levels. All gameplay upgrades use earned currency that is not sold. The Pak Ronda daily-reward skin is free.

Paid, but the skin is missing?

Open Settings > Restore purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. Purchases awaiting approval unlock only after Apple confirms them. If verification is incomplete, retry when connected. Do not buy again just because processing is slow. Restoring a skin does not restore career progress.

Is the in-game money real?

No. The salary, the file sales, and every archive transaction are part of the simulation. There is no real money, no wagering, and no prize that can be cashed out.

Does the game collect my data?

Progress is local. Apple handles iPhone purchases; purchases are disabled on Android. Details are on the privacy policy page.

05Reporting a bug or asking for something

Feature requests, complaints about game balance, and Indonesian typos all go to the same email address. The game is still growing, and player feedback is what sets the order of the work.
